To use, steep a piece of root in a cup of boiling water for 5–10 minutes and enjoy the tea. (The steeped root can be reserved and eaten.) Try mixing ginseng with other herbs and create your own blends. Also tastes great in soups, stews, and stir-fry. Reseal after opening. Store in a cool, dry place.
